TROUBLESHOOTING TIPS

If
Epson says “Communication Error”:
o
Turn off computer AND printer, unplug
printer’s USB from back of monitor, plug it back in, and restart the computer
and printer.

Low
Ink:
o
When
the light is flashing on the printer, this is just a warning that the ink is
low.
o
The
ink is replaced ONLY when the light stays lit up.
- Paper Settings:
o
Confirm the printer is set to either
Sheet or Roll BEFORE sending the job through Paper Cut.

Refunds:
o
If
you require a refund, you need confirmation from a GTA or instructor. Ask for a
refund through Naoko and CC the GTA/instructor.
o
We
don’t refund if your settings were wrong; it has to be a problem with the
printer or Paper Cut.
